West Monroe Makes Top 10 for USA TODAY 10Best’s Best Small Town in the South

WEST MONROE, La. ― USA TODAY 10Best announced Wednesday, April 9, that West Monroe is a winner in the publication’s 2025 Readers’ Choice Award for Best Small Town in the South!
