TNT Fireworks B.A.S.S. Nation Championship November 2-5

Monroe-West Monroe, LA– The TNT Fireworks BASSMASTER B.A.S.S. Nation Championship will be held in Monroe-West Monroe on the Ouachita River on November 2-5. Daily weigh-ins will be held at the Forsythe Boat Ramp at 3:00 PM.

B.A.S.S. Nation is a global network of locally organized clubs that participate in and support a range of activities, including tournaments, conservation initiatives, and youth programs.

104 anglers will compete in the championship, including 7 international competitors. Zimbabwe, Portugal, South Africa, Ontario, and France will be represented at the championship.

“We are excited to return to Monroe-West Monroe on the Ouachita River for the B.A.S.S. Nation Championship! We always have a great time,” said B.A.S.S. Nation Director Jon Stewart. “The fishery is great, the food is great, and the hospitality is even better!”

The championship is expected to bring an estimated economic impact of over $360,000 to Ouachita Parish.

Members of the media are invited to the opening reception at Bayou Pointe on November 1 at 5:00 PM. Dinner will be provided.
