LQHA Sugar Bowl Extravaganza Horse Show



West Monroe, LA – The Ike Hamilton Expo Center will host the LQHA Sugar Bowl Extravaganza on Dec. 28-31. There will be events held throughout the day starting at 6:30 AM. There is no charge to attend and watch the competition.



The Sugar Bowl Extravaganza is a four-day event where horses and exhibitors compete in conformation – English and Western competitions. Participants come from as many as twelve different states to compete in this event.



In order to compete in the Sugar Bowl Extravaganza, one’s horse must be registered with either the
American Quarter Horse Association or the American Paint Horse Association.



“Exhibitors look forward to this yearly event due to the hospitality and great food in the area,” Gilbert Arevalo, President of Louisiana Quarter Horse Association said.



Concession stands will be provided by the Ike Hamilton Expo Center throughout the event.
