Discover Monroe-West Monroe Hosts Hospitality Training

Monroe-West Monroe, LA – Welcome to Team MWM! Discover Monroe-West Monroe hosted Team MWM Hospitality Training on April 3rd
and 4th at Louisiana Purchase Gardens & Zoo. Attendees learned how to create a winning experience for visitors.

These trainings were held for first timers on April 3rd and repeat attendees on April 4th. Repeat attendees earned an “Executive Ambassador Training” certificate for their hard work. During the training sessions, attendees learned from the Team MWM Playbook, sampled a taste of the Twin Cities, and took a tour of the Louisiana Purchase Gardens & Zoo.

“The Team MWM Hospitality Trainings are an opportunity for people to learn basic customer service skills & gain knowledge of what Monroe-West Monroe has to offer for visitors. We encourage front-line hospitality staff & community members who engage with visitors to attend our Hospitality Trainings. Through our Hospitality Trainings, attendees have been able to explore & learn about our community in a unique way that will benefit them as tourism partners & heighten the visitor experience,” said Gracie Ouchley, Discover Monroe-West Monroe Business Development Coordinator.
