Discover Monroe-West Monroe Hosts Hospitality Training

Monroe-West Monroe, LA – Team Monroe-West Monroe is ready for the game! Team MWM will host hospitality training sessions on June 6th and 7th. These interactive 90-minute training sessions will teach staff at local hotels, attractions, and restaurants how to create a winning experience for their visitors. Sessions will be held at the Biedenharn Museum & Gardens at 1:00 pm and 3:30 pm each day.

“Our first impression of our community is extremely important to the overall community. As our visitors are greeted with friendly customer service and information about all the great places to eat, shop, and discover in Monroe-West Monroe, they have a better experience. This leads to a greater economic impact expenditure by the guests,” said Alana Cooper, President/CEO of Discover Monroe-West Monroe.

Attendees will learn from the team MWM playbook, sample a taste of the twin cities, and take an abbreviated tour of the Biedenharn Museum & Gardens.
