Discover Monroe-West Monroe 4th Annual MWM Pumpkin Decorating Contest

Monroe-West Monroe, LA– Fall is in the air, and it’s time to show off your pumpkin-decorating skills! Discover Monroe-West Monroe is excited to announce the 4th annual Monroe-West Monroe Pumpkin Decorating Contest—a fun way to celebrate our community spirit.

Celebrate Monroe-West Monroe!
This year’s theme is Monroe-West Monroe! We want to see your pumpkins decorated to highlight the best of Ouachita Parish. Whether you carve, paint, or decorate, let your creativity shine and show off your hometown pride.

Divisions for All Ages
We’ve got categories for everyone:

Ages 0-6
Ages 7-12
Ages 13-17
18 and older
Businesses/Organizations

Plus, you can vote for your Fan Favorite on social media. Winners will receive Monroe-West Monroe swag and passes to local attractions, and everyone who enters will receive a small prize.

How to Enter
Bring your decorated pumpkin to the Discover Monroe-West Monroe Visitors Center (601 Constitution Drive, West Monroe) from October 1-29. We’re open Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM. Winners will be announced on October 31.

Let’s make this year’s contest the biggest and best yet. Ready to get started? Decorate your pumpkin and join the fun!
