Claire Stapp and Gracie Ouchley Introduced as members of the 2024 Louisiana Tourism Leadership Academy

New Orleans, La. - The Louisiana Travel Association (LTA) introduced area representatives Claire Stapp, Discover Monroe-West Monroe Sales and Event Developer and Gracie Ouchley, Discover Monroe-West Monroe Businesses Development Coordinator as members of the Louisiana Tourism Leadership Academy (LTLA) class of 2024. The 2024 LTLA class met for their first session in New Orleans on February 20th
and learned about personal leadership.

The goal of LTLA is to further educate those within the tourism industry by developing their leadership skills, strengthening their communication networks, and informing them about the responsibilities of leadership in building and enriching their tourism-related organizations. Class members will participate in six class sessions and tackle group projects throughout the year, while learning from the experiences of seasoned tourism professionals.

This opportunity is a gateway to improving my leadership skills and gaining valuable insights that will undoubtedly contribute to my personal and professional growth,” said Claire Stapp, Discover Monroe-West Monroe Sales and Event Developer.

“I am so excited to be a part of the 2024 LTLA class! I am eager to gain leadership skills, experience, and to work with fellow industry leaders. I know that this class will provide me with the tools I need to better myself and the thriving tourism industry,” said Gracie Ouchley, Discover Monroe-West Monroe Business Development Coordinator.
