Celebrate 318 Day on March 18th
Monroe-West Monroe, LA– Celebrate the 318! West Monroe Mayor Staci Mitchell and Monroe Mayor Friday Ellis released a joint proclamation announcing March 18th or 3/18 as 318 Day in the Twin Cities. Since 318 is the area code for north and central Louisiana, it is the perfect day to celebrate the area we live and work in.
Discover Monroe-West Monroe has created a free coloring sheet to celebrate 318 Day. Anyone who brings a completed coloring sheet from March 20th-24th
to the Visitors Center, located at 601 Constitution Drive in West Monroe, will receive a prize.
Everyone is invited to highlight something special about the 318 on their social media platforms. Use the hashtag #318day and tag @discovermonroewestmonroe on Instagram and Discover Monroe-West Monroe on Facebook to share your love for the 318.
