ALLIE DOSS WINS STUDENT AD CLUB OF NELA AWARDS

Monroe-West Monroe, LA – The Advertising Club of Northeast Louisiana hosted their Student Addy Awards on May 11th at the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Allie Doss, Communications Assistant of Discover Monroe-West Monroe, took home a Silver Addy Award and a Gold Addy Award for her work at Discover Monroe-West Monroe.

“Seeing all the award-winning work at the Student Addy Awards was special, but to win an award on top of all that was something special. I am so grateful for Discover Monroe-West Monroe and my amazing professors at ULM who helped me win these awards,” said Allie Doss, Communications Assistant at Discover Monroe-West Monroe.

Doss was awarded a Silver Addy Award for her work on Discover Monroe-West Monroe’s “Can y’all guess?” wall. This interactive project is on display at the Discover Monroe-West Monroe office and features clues from local attractions for visitors to guess which attraction they belong to. She also took home a Gold Addy Award for her work on a Discover Monroe-West Monroe postcard.

“Allie’s work on our “Can y’all guess?” wall adds an interactive element to our Visitor Center that engages and encourages our visitors to experience all that Monroe-West Monroe has to offer,” said Sheila Snow, Vice President of Communications at Discover Monroe-West Monroe.
