2019 Women’s Conference of the Louisiana Missionary Baptist State Convention

Monroe, LA – Mount Olivet Baptist Church will host “Envisioning the Future Exceptionally: A Woman’s Battle Plan: Prayer” 2019 Women’s Conference on Friday October 11 and Saturday October 12. The conference will start at 6:00 p.m. Friday and 9:00 a.m. Saturday. The cost of the conference is $25.

This is a religious conference for women who will gather from all across the state to discuss the importance of a women’s battle plan.

“This year we are changing it up and celebrating domestic violence survivors from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. on Friday night. We will wear purple in honor of Domestic Violence Awareness month,” Rosie Horne, conference coordinator said.

The conference will cover topics including hurt, turning bitterness into forgiveness, and more.

“We expect around 500 women to attend this event. We also plan to have vendors onsite Saturday,” Rosie Horne, conference coordinator said.
