Jean-Paul is a native of Thibodaux Louisiana and spent much of his professional career cooking around the United States including Napa, San Francisco and New York City. Currently Jean-Paul works in various forms of media. He is the editor at Large for Louisiana Cookin’ magazine and also the creator and Host of Duck Camp Dinners.
