A Home Away From Home: Miss Louisiana's Love for Monroe-West Monroe
Home is where the heart is, and Monroe-West Monroe definitely has my heart. Getting to spend the last year exploring Monroe-West Monroe has been absolutely amazing. This town has helped shape me into the person I am today, become my second home, and the place I have grown to love.
Monroe-West Monroe has allowed me to make unforgettable memories, new friendships, and given me a place to relax and feel comfortable. While traveling over 25,000 miles across the state of Louisiana, I have been able to learn and explore our state, but I always love coming back home to Monroe-West Monroe.
The team at Discover Monroe-West Monroe has not only showed me and helped me explore this gorgeous area, but also taught me the importance of promoting tourism in our state. They showed me how important it is to give back to the communities we love the most.
