Where are your favorite local places to play?
"I have a lot of favorite local places to play! Alley Park in Antique Alley is awesome, Kiroli Park is beautiful and the city always make sure we have everything we could possibly need to put on a good show, the patio at Planters that overlooks the railroad tracks and the river has such a great view, Downtown Billiards patio is awesome and the people that come out to listen really enjoy live music." - Jordan Sheppard
Why do you like playing?
"As far as playing is concerned, I always had a spark for music even as a child. Music (and guitar specifically) is a beautiful amalgamation of different colors, textures, timbres, and styles. One can express oneself in an infinite number of ways which is amazing because we all have complex feelings and emotions. It's like an infinite puzzle. One that I'll enjoy solving for the rest of my life." - Josh Love
What is your favorite memory of Monroe-West Monroe?
"One of my favorite memories other than my kids being born here, is when we played at Enoch's one time, and the crowd moved the tables so they could stand in front of the stage. Turning the show from a chill vibe to a concert vibe. I loved it!" - Cal Presley
What is one activity you recommend doing in Monroe-West Monroe?
"First off, Enoch's during Mardi Gras for the party/after party, and a regular basis I would say either the Brown Bag Concerts in downtown or they monthly Cottonport Concert Series at La Bella." - Ian Smith
What is one local restaurant that you recommend eating at?
"I recommend people eat at Taste of India. It's a departure from normal American cuisine and a welcomed one at that. The spicy and robust flavors will have you coming back for more." - Josh Love
Music if a universal language when speaking doesn't work for communication. I would say I play to share with I love with others."Ian Smith
