From Spikes to Strategy: Seth Hall's Impact on ULM and Monroe-West Monroe
Ouachita Parish is not just a place on the map, but a vibrant community filled with passion, history, and potential. One individual who embodies this spirit is Seth Hall, Chief Strategy Officer at the University of Louisiana Monroe (ULM).
Seth’s roots run deep in Monroe-West Monroe. From a young child to a teenager at West Monroe High School, he’s always had a love for his community. Following his family’s legacy, he decided to attend ULM, where his parents were alumni. His decision was also influenced by his desire to run track and field and of course, receive a great education. The decision was made even easier with his brother Nathan being a student-athlete at the university.
When reflecting on his time as a student-athlete, Seth shared numerous cherished memories. One standout moment was during his junior year at Western Kentucky, where his teammate and first friend from Kenya, Moses Chelimo, placed second in the 3000 meters steeplechase at the Sunbelt Conference meet. He also made sure to mention the historic win over the University of Arkansas in 2012 which was the same night his brother Jamin got married!
