Attraction Gift Shops
After visiting a new place, people love to buy commemorative items and gifts to bring back home. Many of our boutiques have Monroe-West Monroe specific clothing, and there are some local specialty shops that have unique offerings. However, for exclusive Ouachita Parish finds, make sure to stop at one of our attractions' gift shops.
The Biedenharn Museum and Gardens
If you need anything with the Coca-Cola logo emblazoned across, they’ve got you covered. As you can see, they have clocks, coasters, purses, wall art, lip gloss, and so much more! They also sell beautiful jewelry and dinnerware, as a nod to Emy-Lou Biedenharn’s tastes. Throughout their gift shop, they have many items representing each of the parts of their establishment, so find something from your favorite!
Landry Vineyards
Yes, of course you can buy their amazing wine when you visit their vineyard but check out their other treasures also! In their gift shop, you can find wine accessories, unique wine glasses, decorative pressed wine bottles, and cooking oils and sauces. See for yourself all the fun, unique items they have to offer next time you visit.
Black Bayou National Wildlife Refuge
This gift shop is perfect for the nature-lovers in your life. They sell many informational items like pamphlets and books, but also locally written nature poems. You can find woodland creatures replicated as stuffed animals, mini bobble-heads, magnets, and finger puppets! Hand crafted jewelry, water bottles, and thermal to-go mugs are also available, along with Black Bayou t-shirts and hats in a variety of colors. So, take a hike, and then check out their great selection as a memento of your time there.
Chennault Aviation and Military Museum
“It looks way bigger on the inside.” A phrase said by almost every first time visitor here. It’s true! The museum seems to go on and on inside the building that seems so small on the outside, even including a gift shop. There is such a wide variety of vintage military items available here. With Rosie the Riveter printed everything, war veteran hats, General Chennault art prints, and toy planes, you can find something for everyone. They also have a great selection of biographies and non-fiction war stories to choose from. After you’ve toured the museum, make sure to check out this great gift shop.
Louisiana Purchase Gardens and Zoo
The gift shop here provides a cool, air-conditioned respite after spending a few hours in the heat. Stop in here after your zoo adventure and get a souvenir! They have so much to offer, including your favorite zoo animal as a stuffed animal or plastic toy. There are safari hats or train conductor hats for kids, as well as snacks and drinks.
