Tourism Development grants are available to existing 501 (c) organizations in compliance with the procedures in this Tourism Development Program.
All organizations must submit their completed application by the new deadlines January 30 or July 30. Click HERE for the Tourism Development Marketing Grant Application. Deadlines for this grant period have been extended to August 5. The Capital Improvement Grant application is coming soon.

Any event occurring in Ouachita Parish that is open to the public and is determined as a tourist attraction by our Communications Department qualifies for a listing in our Calendar of Events. Under some instances, events in surrounding parishes may also qualify for listing. If you have an event you would like considered for our website calendar of events, please submit your event using our online form. We also welcome photos or news articles relating to your event, should you wish to submit additional information with your form or receive notices for state and national calendar listings please contact Sheila Snow at (318) 387-5691 or e-mail your questions to ssnow@monroe-westmonroe.org.
